Reservations are made upon payment of 50% of the cost of accommodation and for a stay of at least 2 days.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible, but not less than 21 days before arrival at the hotel. In this case, the prepayment is refunded in full.
Also, the prepayment is fully refunded in the event of force majeure circumstances (serious illness, death of a loved one, etc. in accordance with current legislation).
In case of cancellation of the reservation no less than 10 days before arrival, the prepayment is refunded, but with the deduction of the cost of accommodation for 1 day.
In other cases, the funds paid are not refunded.
Changing the reservation date to another without paying a penalty is possible if there are free rooms on the specified date and no less than 10 days before arrival.
