1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of the International Hotel Association.
1.2. The hotel administration guarantees guests compliance with all confidentiality rules.
1.3. Guests can leave feedback and suggestions about the hotel's work to the hotel administration.
2. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL
2.1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Check-in time: after 15:00.
Check-out time: before 12:00.
Estimated hour - 12:00.
2.2. If you check out of the room after 12-00, an additional 50% of the cost of living per night is paid.
2.3. Breakfasts are served from 08-30 to 10-00, the restaurant is open from 08-30 to 23-00 (the kitchen accepts the last order until 22-30).
It is forbidden to bring your own food and alcoholic beverages to the restaurant!
2.4. Children under 5 years old staying with adults (without extra bed) are not charged.
2.5. Upon check-in, the Guest must provide an identity document (passport, driver's license, military ID, foreign passport) and pay the balance of the hotel stay. Staying in the room without payment is not allowed.
2.6. In case of spoiling, destruction of any property in the room, in the hotel premises (breakage of dishes, damage to furniture, hair dryer, TV, remote controls for it, curtains, burning of sofas, carpets, soiling of towels and bed linen to such a state that they cannot be washed ), the Guest must compensate for the damage caused by the value of the damaged property.
2.7. Please note that our hotel is a hotel for family vacations. Therefore, we ask you to treat guests who live in neighboring rooms with respect. In the period from 23:00 to 08:00, reduce the volume of the TV, avoid loud conversations in the rooms.
2.8. Your guests can visit you every day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. To do this, they need to register with the hotel administrator.
2.9. Please follow the fire safety rules. If the fire alarm goes off, you must remain calm and leave the hotel premises.
2.10. When leaving the room, do not forget to close the water taps and turn off all electrical appliances.
2.11. Please inform the hotel administration about detected technical defects, malfunctions of electricity, heat and water supply.
2.12. It is forbidden to bring ski equipment, sleds into the restaurant, hotel, rooms (there is a specially equipped room for this on the hotel territory). Also, it is forbidden to enter any premises of the hotel complex in ski boots, except for the ski room.
2.13. Please maintain cleanliness in the room and on the territory of the hotel complex. If the room is found to be excessively dirty (dirty walls, furniture or floor, strong odors, etc. that violate sanitary standards), the hotel has the right to impose a fine of 1000 UAH.
2.14. Cleaning is carried out daily, or at the request of the Guest (sign on the door "Please clean", "Do not disturb").
2.15. On the day of eviction, the room key must be handed over to the administrator at the reception, in case of loss of the room key, the Guest pays a fine of UAH 400.
2.16. There is video surveillance on the territory of the hotel complex (with the exception of toilets and rooms).
THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOTEL "VILLA DRAGOBRAT" HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FURTHER ACCOMMODATION TO THE GUEST FOR VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND LATE PAYMENT OF SERVICES.
3. RULES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOMMODATION OF GUESTS WITH ANIMALS IN THE HOTEL "VILLA DRAGOBRAT"
HOTEL "VILLA DRAGOBRAT" ENSURES THAT THE STAY OF GUESTS AND THEIR PETS IS COMFORTABLE AND AT THE SAME TIME DOESN'T CAUSE OTHER GUESTS TO DISCOMFORT AND DISCOMFORT. FOR THIS PURPOSE, THE RULES FOR LIVING AND RESTING WITH PETS ON THE HOTEL AREAS ARE DEVELOPED.
3.1. Accommodation in the hotel is possible only with animals (cats, dogs) of small breeds, except for reptiles, rodents, insects. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether a particular pet can stay in a room.
An additional fee of 5% of the reservation price is charged for accommodation with pets.
3.2. When booking and staying in a hotel with pets, the guest must familiarize himself with these Rules.
3.3. Guests who come to the hotel with pets must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all the pet's vaccinations.
3.4. If by chance the animal went to the toilet on the territory of the hotel, the guest must remove the excrement in a special bag and dispose of it in the trash can.
3.5. Walking the animal takes place only in places specially designated for this purpose.
3.6. Guests who have come to the hotel with pets undertake not to allow their animals to mark green areas on the hotel territory, as well as furniture, curtains, walls in the hotel premises.
3.7. Feed pets exclusively from dishes intended for feeding animals. Feeding animals from dishes belonging to the hotel and designated for the use of guests is strictly prohibited.
3.8. It is not allowed to leave pets unattended in the hotel room or on the hotel grounds.
3.9. Take pets with you to the restaurant, sauna and other public places only in agreement with a hotel administration.
3.10. It is forbidden to use towels and bed linen intended for the use of guests and belonging to the hotel for animals.
3.11. It is forbidden to comb pets in the rooms and corridors of the hotel.
3.12. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with guests who live with animals:
- in case of violation of the rules of living with animals,
- in case of aggressive, noisy behavior of a pet.
3.13. When staying in a hotel with a pet, the guest is obliged in case of damage to pay the material damages caused to the hotel in full.
4. REFUSAL OF SETTLEMENT, TERMINATION OF RESIDENCE
4.1. Guests terminate their stay at the end of the paid period of stay at the hotel.
4.2. If the Guest repeatedly violates the Rules of Residence, does not respond to the remarks of the hotel administration, which leads to damages or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other Guests, the hotel administration has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the stay of this Guest (to evict) without refund of the paid funds.
4.3. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to stay.
5. IT IS PROHIBITED
5.1. Smoking in hotel rooms and premises.
5.2. Keep animals in the room without agreement with the hotel administration.
5.3. Leave outsiders in the room, as well as give them the room key.
5.4. Bring materials and objects dangerous to the life and health of others (flammable, explosive, toxic, chemical and radioactive substances, weapons) into the hotel and keep them in the room.
5.5. Use third-party electrical appliances in the room, except those permitted by the hotel administration.
5.6. Move and remove furniture from the room without consulting the hotel administration.
5.7. Show aggression or actions that threaten the safety of health or property of other persons.
5.8. Place guests in the room after 23:00 without payment and registration of their stay in the hotel.
5.9. Do not leave children unattended, allow them to be on the street and on stairwells.
5.10. Independently eliminate malfunctions that occurred during the use of the electrical network, electrical equipment, water supply, sewage, sanitary ware and other items that make up the equipment of the hotel.
5.11. Throw garbage from the windows of the room.
5.12. Use pyrotechnics, sparklers, candles in the rooms and on the hotel territory without agreement with the administration.
6. PAYMENT RULES, TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
6.1. Reservation services on the website are provided online, by e-mail, by phone.
6.2. When making a reservation through the website, the Guest enters into direct contractual relations with the hotel. From the moment the reservation is made, the Guest is sent an e-mail on behalf of the hotel with details for prepayment.
6.3. To confirm the reservation, the Guest must make a prepayment of at least 50% of the total cost of accommodation.
6.4. Conditions for canceling a hotel reservation:
It is possible to cancel the reservation, but not less than 21 days before entering the hotel. In this case, the advance payment is returned in full.
Also, the advance payment is returned in full in case of force majeure (severe illness, death of a loved one, etc. in accordance with current legislation).
In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 10 days before arrival, the prepayment is returned, but with the deduction of the cost of accommodation for 1 day.
In other cases, the paid funds are not returned.
It is possible to change the reservation date to another without paying a penalty if there are free rooms on the specified date and not less than 10 days before arrival.
In case of premature departure of the Guest from the hotel, the balance of the paid funds will not be returned. The hotel returns the paid funds in the event of force majeure circumstances (serious illness, death of a loved one, etc.) or the balance of the paid funds can be used in another convenient period for the Guest and if rooms are available.
6.5. Payment for accommodation and provision of additional services is made by cash or non-cash payment, in accordance with the price list.
6.6. Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in.
6.7. In case of violation of the Rules of accommodation established in the hotel, the administration has the right to deny the Guest further accommodation.
